Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied or if it is defective or damaged in any way, you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund, including return shipping. Please contact R&M to arrange for a refund, exchange or for remedy for defects or damages.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of purchase date, in new condition, opened or not, packaged appropriately for shipment, and include proof of purchase OR name of purchaser and date of purchase. R&M will pay shipping for returns, exchanges and replacement of defective products.

Refunds, Exchanges, Defects or Damages
• Any product may be returned for any reason.
• You may choose to exchange it for a different product, or a refund.
• For defective or damaged units, you may chose to receive a free replacement part, a new unit, or a refund.
• All sales are final on discounted or prototype items, and they cannot be returned.
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunded amounts will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
